Day 1 : Abu Dhabi – Hadiboh (Socotra)

Welcome to Socotra. Upon your arrival, our friendly tour guide will be excited to greet you. Your adventure starts with a trip to the beautiful Arher Beach and its tall cliffs, soft white sand, and fresh water streams.

Before sunset, you can swim or climb the sand dunes for incredible views of the beach. Then, we’ll enjoy a tasty dinner and spend the night camping under the stars.

Day 2 : Homhil Infinity Pool, Hoq cave and Erissel

After breakfast, well be headed to Homhil Infinity Pool, located in one the most attractive protected areas in Socotra. Here, you’ll encounter a rich tapestry natural pools and Socotri trees, including the iconic Dragon Blood Trees. After sopending th emorning, we can either hike back or drive, to our lunch spot.

In the afternoon, we delve into the mysterious depths of Hoq cave, renowned for its stalagmites, stalactites, and flowstones. This untouched marvel of nature offers an immersive experience, without artificial lights or walkways.

We will drive to Ras Erissel, the most eastern corner of the island. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to relax, see many crabs and enjoy another amazing sunset.

Day 3 : Kilisan, Dihamri

Today we’ll embark on a journey to Kilissan Wadi, the island’s largest natural water reservoir. We will hike into the canyon to see this location, framed by endemic trees and white limestone cliffs. Keep your eyes open for the color-changing chameleons that call this place home!

You’ll have the entire morning to immerse yourself in the beauty of the wadi, swimming in its crystal-clear waters or daring to leap from various heights for a splash of excitement.

As we transition into the afternoon, our adventure continues at the Dihamri Marine Reserve. Situated on the northern coast of Socotra, this protected area is a snorkeler’s paradise, offering some of the island’s most exquisite underwater vistas. A dive master will be on hand to guide those eager to explore further, with diving equipment available for rent.
During your underwater experience (scuba dive or snorkel), you’ll probably encounter an array of marine life, from graceful sea turtles and cunning octopuses to majestic leopard eels and colorful parrot fish.

Day 4 : Zahek

Today we’re heading from the top of the island all the way down to the wide-open Noged plains. Our special spot for the day is the beautiful Zahek sand dunes. This place has bright beaches and waves that tell you, you’re right by the Indian Ocean.

As the day goes on, you’ll notice how the light changes everything. You can climb the sand dunes and see everything from up high. From there, the sunset looks incredible, giving you a view like no other, and some marvelous pictures.

Day 5 : Diksam

Today we venture to Dagub Cave. This natural wonder, shaped by time and trickling waterfalls, is full of rock formations. After visiting the cave, we’ll ascend to the unique Diksam Plateau, home to the fascinating Dragon Blood trees.

As we journey through the national park, you’ll be greeted by the surreal sight of these iconic trees lining our path. Our next stop is Wadi Dirhur canyon, where lush palm trees and robust bottle trees emerge from its depths and cliffs.

From there, we climb to the Firmihin Forest, the cradle of the Dragon Blood trees. Here, we’ll enjoy lunch beneath these ancient sentinels, followed by an afternoon to wander through the forest. Join us for a sunset photo walk led by a local guide to capture the beauty of this ethereal landscape.

Day 6 : Qalansiyah and Detwah Lagoon

This morning we leave the highlands and head towards the west of Socotra, to a charming village called Qalansiyah, the second-largest settlement on the island and a gateway to some truly stunning sights. You’ll have time to explore the area and enjoy.

After lunch we’ll visit a cave and we’ll meet a local caveman, who knows the lagoon inside out. He’s a bit of a caveman and will introduce us to the friendly creatures living around here.

We’ll camp not far from Detwah Lagoon. This spot is a protected area right where the Arabian Sea kisses the Indian Ocean. It’s a perfect place to spend the day swimming, exploring, hiking, or just relaxing on the beach.

Day 7 : Shoab beach

This morning we’ll hop aboard for a scenic boat ride to Shoab Beach. Keep your eyes open for playful dolphins along the way. Once we arrive, you’ll have time to bask in the sun and take a refreshing swim at Shoab Beach, only reachable by boat.

After returning to camp for lunch, it’s time to unwind and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation – after all, you’re on holiday! As the evening approaches, get ready to capture breathtaking sunset photos at not one, but two incredible locations. First, ascend a small mountain for a bird’s-eye view of Detwah Lagoon, with its blue waters and white sands. Then, we’ll hop in the car and head to a scenic viewpoint offering a panoramic vista of the surrounding landscapes.

Day 8 : Airport

As your journey comes to a close, we ensure it ends on a pleasant note with breakfast to fuel your day ahead. Following this, we’ll arrange comfortable transportation to the airport, ensuring you reach your departure gate in good time for your flight home.
